WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY FLOWER DELIVERY?
We take your flowers seriously. Due to the extreme weather temperatures we experience here in BC, we do not leave arrangements on doorsteps or outside. Wilted/frozen flowers are not a good look. With notice, we're happy to change the delivery address to make your delivery more convenient for you. Or, you're always welcome to pick up, if its most convenient.
DO YOU HAVE SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
You betcha! All orders received before noon are guaranteed for same-day delivery. Someone just needs to be home to receive their bundle.

For a FOAM arrangement:
1. Water Daily
2. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, heat and direct air-conditioning
For a GLASS VASE arrangement:
1. Add water everyday
2. Trim a little off of each stem every other day

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE POLICY?
We guarantee our fresh flowers for 48 hours. If your flowers are not lasting as you'd expect (after following care instructions), give us a call 250-770-1256 and we'll help troubleshoot. We want you to get the most out of your beautiful product.
